The role of the teacher at present time is greater than ever, because he educates young people, helps to reveal intellectual and creative abilities of the individual, shapes the future of society.

The Year of the Teacher and Mentor is established to develop the creative and professional potential of teachers and to increase the social prestige of the profession. Only a talented person who loves children is devoted to his profession, deserves to be the successor of the pedagogical dynasty. This refers to the dynasty of the Svyatkin — Ivanov family, whose teaching experience totals to more than 300 years.
