Abstraсt

The article presents the most important achievements of the staff of the Udmurt Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences over the past decade. The main scientific approaches proposed by modern researchers are outlined; the problems and topics of the institute's scientists' work are outlined; their publication activities are noted. The scientific institution makes a significant contribution to the formation of an educational and socio-cultural environment, cultural, intellectual and spiritual resources aimed at ensuring social, ethnopolitical and confessional stability and security in the region.
