Abstraсt

In order to popularize state policy in the field of family protection and the preservation of traditional family values, 2024 has been declared the Year of the Family in Russia. The policy of the President of the Russian Federation was supported at the regional level — the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, A. A. Zdunov, declared this year in Mordovia also the Year of Labor Dynasties. A labor dynasty is people of the same profession who pass on their skills from generation to generation, this is also a special atmosphere in the family, in which children learn the specifics of a certain type of work from early childhood, this is a form of professional identity formation, where the image of a specialist is formed for an extended period. The article deals with the history of the dynasty of doctors, which was founded by Vasily Vasilyevich and Anna Ivanovna Zhuravlevs. Begun more than 70 years ago, it unites four generations of doctors today, whose total work experience is more than 360 years.
